"I have gone through many therapists and psychiastrists but none of them have helped me the way John has. He has genuinely changed my life for the better and helped me create my own journey" S. Morris
“John's life coaching course and the tools it provided helped me enormously in dealing with lifelong feelings of rejection and being an outsider. John provided me with a new perspective and tools to redirect my emotions down more constructive pathways of self-acceptance and self-worth. I can now appreciate more of my life, despite physical problems from aging, and be thankful for what I experience rather than suffering through a daily grind. I have no hesitation in recommending John to anyone else who has tried all the self help and psychology and still been stuck.” B. Matthew

"I was never sure of the idea of having a life coach, but decided to jump into it both feet with John and it has been an illuminating journey. " I had a few amazing coaching sessions with John in regard to relationships. He guided me to more awareness around the 7 core needs, attachment theory, love language and projections and how to connect again lovingly with more consciousness. We reflected on communication, creative thinking, self-worth and self-love as foundation for good and joyful relationships. I highly recommend John's coaching to uncover blind spots and create win-win situations with loved ones. Thank you John! !"
“There’s always a lesson to learn from every relationship,” John says. He is 100% right. John's coaching helped me to gently become more self aware of relationship patterns following a recent divorce, and where they stem from. He gently challenged some of my beliefs and fears, and helped me begin the process of healing old wounds. I now feel more confident about being who I want to be in relationships in the future, with ownership of the work I need to do and more clarity about who I may (or may not) let into my life in the future. John’s approach was kind, compassionate and he shared a lot of his own relevant experiences. What I liked about John’s approach is that he didn’t tell me what to do, or how to do it. John asked good questions and explored my responses with curiosity to help me find the solutions that were already in me. I couldn’t have got there without John’s support as my head was clouded by the heaviness, exhaustion and emotion of the difficult relationship breakdown I had just been through. Thank you John. These sessions were invaluable. Forever grateful"

“Thank you so much for my sessions with you John. I was feeling so overwhelmed with my life situation when I found you, and you helped me to put things into perspective and to stop listening to negative self-talk. Keep up your good work, the world needs more people like you!”
I found John through the book of faces and thought his questions provoking and thoughtful and his perspective refreshing. I have experienced traditional psychotherapy and was curious to explore a coaching framework. I felt energised and encouraged within the conversation space he coaches from. His authenticity and humility are reflected in his insights and I felt really heard and supported. He was a wonderful guide and grounding mentor through this big a-ha moment in my journey to self love and acceptance. Thanks John”
FAQS
Whilst there is some overlap, life coaching differs from psychology-based couselling and therapy in a number of ways. Coaching focuses on getting you to where you want to go rather than dwelling on how you got to where you are. It is also an equal partnership between coach and client - there is no hierachy of power. As a coach my focus is to empower you to be able to solve your own challenges rather than to build a long term dependancy on my services.
Coaching operates at three levels. Many coaches focus on level 1 - helping to address a current situation and help you to achieve a goal. Level 2 coaching covers this but goes deeper to build your skills to naviagate basically any challenge that comes your way. It is often called Transformational Coaching. Level 3 coaching goes yet another step futher into our deeper relationship as energetic beings in an energy universe.
Coaching draws on many different modalities but is founded on a deep appreciation of how we as humans function, what drives our choices and what limits our potential. Its about clarity, accountability, empowerment, and peeling away the barriers that stand betyween you and the life you desire to live.
Sessions are typically between 1 to 1.5 hours.
